The 30th anniversary of the death of Cornelius Cardew

Sludgegulper (who seems to be a local cyclist) has tracked down the last home of the composer Cornelius Cardew in Leyton.

This reminds me that later this year will see the 30th anniversary of his death, which ought to be commemorated. But I doubt if the philistines who stuff the council chambers of Waltham Forest have even heard of him. And yes, there ought to be a blue plaque. Or as Sludgegulper dryly notes, a red one.
